In the first Trading Room video interview, David Clark, Chairman of the Wholesale Markets Brokers Association, the trade association for the inter-dealer brokers, talks to Jeremy Grant, senior companies reporter, about the re-regulation of the over-the-counter markets. Mr. Clark says Europe is ahead of the US but America is catching up and there is more international co-ordination than first thought.
